Traveling Solo
Many of us can find traveling to different countries a little bit daunting. There are airports to navigate after a long haul flight. Its all new and no doubt you've planned visiting another country for your whole life .That's where my idea came about to create small group experiences for the solo traveler and couples, wanting to experience travel. I want to ensure you have a fantastic time and return home with a whole bunch of amazing memories. We use trustworthy tour guides and accommodation and will ensure you have an a vacation filled with wonderful memories to take home .

EMPOWERING TOOLS FOR WELLBEING
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I love to travel and have created my businesses around this. Gecko Gearz is my store in Kaikoura, New Zealand. I have been travelling to Bali, Thailand and Nepal to buy goodies to sell in my shop and support local families for 25 years. These Wellness Retreats have come about due to my own personal health journey. A few years ago I recovered after suffering through 5 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, despite being told by my doctors I would never recover. I often reflect on this time and wish I knew then what I now know about my body and mind and the ways I could have overcome the challenges CFS often creates in our lives. Whilst we explore Nepal, I also will take you on a journey where you can discover some easy practices that you can add into your daily routines. Our yoga will be gentle and easy, perfect for beginners and I will be incorporating breathing to calm the nervous system. I will guide you through many tips and ways to help reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, gain more flexibility in your body and just have that overall sense of calmness. I can not imagine a better way to do that, then while exploring the beautiful country and people of Nepal. Return home feeling relaxed, refreshed and empowered.
